A coach and consultant with a background in senior leadership across both corporate and scale-up environments.

I’ve spent years running teams and navigating the realities of high-performance cultures. I understand pace, expectations, and what it costs to keep going when things are demanding.

My work centres on people who look solid and capable on the outside, but privately feel flat, stretched, or disconnected. I’m direct and honest, always from a place of care. Clients come to me when their usual ways of coping stop working and they’re ready to deal with what’s actually happening beneath the surface.

I hold PCC-level ICF training, and my approach blends human insight with grounded, straightforward conversation. Clear, deep work that gets people back to a version of themselves that feels real.

A significant part of what I bring to coaching comes from lived resilience. I’ve moved countries, worked across different cultures, rebuilt myself more than once, and raised a family while juggling the realities of a demanding career.

I have two boys (5 and 10) and a husband who’s an entrepreneur, so life is full, dynamic, and rarely dull. These experiences have given me a calm capacity to sit with discomfort, nuance, and complexity. Clients feel that, and it allows them to be open and get the most out of out of our time together.
